Jason Hayes I dont think semmes should have incorporated. All it means is more taxes. If all these people wanted to pay more taxes and say that they live in a city all they had to do is move right down the road into mobile.

Vickie Shirey David, I can definitely answer one of your questions. The mayor and city council must live within the city limits to run. Thus, this eliminates the snide remark that Erin made about Jack Tillman running for Mayor as he does not live in the limits. It is our hopes that those who run for office will do so with the top priority of preserving our community and not lining their pockets. That is the beauty of no longer being under Mobile's control without having a say so in the matter. We can elect the people who want to help the community and not the ones who are money hungry.
