 As everyone should know, eating sweets like candy bars, cake, gum, and many, many, many more are only meant for moderation. Even though they may seem tempting, go for a healthy celery stalk or a fruit salad to settle your cravings. If it’s a sweet tooth craving, you can have sweets in moderation. If you already had sweets that week add just a pinch of all natural sugar to a healthy snack like a fruit salad with grapes, peaches, strawberries, and whatever fruit you enjoy.

 Maybe after you eat you can go to the gym or if you have a weight set go do 3 sets of 10. Do this as often as you can. Everyone would prefer to do it daily, but on some occasions you are not able to do it as a daily routine. So the next time you go, do double of what you usually do. It doesn’t work at all unless you are hurting as you work out. If you can just lift the weights up like you’re raising your hand during school, it’s doing no good. My mom does this on a daily routine. She pushes harder than MMA fighters. Just kidding, but it’s pretty close.

 Now the drinks are not as important but they still count. Drink as much water to keep you healthy. Now do me a favor. Listen to this health trainer Jillian Michaels. She stated, “ Drink up to 6 glasses of water each day. It doesn’t hurt to drink more. Stay away from all of those sodas.”
